We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The corridors were clean and beautifully decorated, creating a luxurious atmosphere. Our room smelled amazing with the Reed diffusers and had fresh plants, adding a touch of elegance. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities were spotless. The location was perfect, making it convenient for us to explore. We would definitely stay here again.

In terms of cleanliness, this hotel exceeded my expectations, with super clean rooms and well-maintained common areas. The hotel facilities were also great, including an Alexa in the room for music and convenient charging ports and lights near each bed. The location in the maze of corridors was particularly advantageous, providing a sense of privacy and comfort. its proximity to Queen Street train station made transportation convenient.

Clean and stylish reception with pleasant aroma and real plants. Upgraded to private room for just £35 extra. Corridors well-decorated. Alexa in room, complementary earplugs, and nice bathroom. Enjoyed the central location, friendly staff, comfortable bedding, and working shower.
